About bag ban policy
No bags are allowed at this event.
The police authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate and for those with children in need of a nursery bag.

Getting here
Hovet is located in Johanneshov in south of Stockholm. Within easy walking distance there are six metro stations including Gullmarsplan - Stockholm's second largest hub for public transport with trams and buses.

Practical information
Many visitors are expected, and because the security level is high, the entry process may take time. For the smoothest entry, please arrive at the arena well in advance. Bags, umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, and food and drinks are not allowed inside.

Your tickets
If you have chosen app tickets (Mobile ID tickets), you need to download the Stockholm Live app or update the app if you have the older version to retrieve your tickets. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
