Bag ban policy
No bags are allowed at this event.
The Swedish Police Authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate.

Getting here
Hovet is located in Johanneshov in south of Stockholm. Within easy walking distance there are six metro stations including Gullmarsplan - Stockholm's second largest hub for public transport with trams and buses.

Eat & drink
If you fancy hanging out with other fans before the concert with something good to eat or drink, you can visit one of our bars located at the following sections:
A6 - Hovstallet
A10 - Infobaren
A19 - Rinkside
All around the arena there are kiosks with light food, snacks and drinks. You will also find a bar on the parquet. Our food offerings include hamburgers, kebab rolls, toast, baguettes, and more. The bars and kiosks are open from 18:15 until the concert ends.
The bars have limited seating.
Practical information
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside. It is also not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food and drinks into the arena. There will be a cloakroom for outwear (no bags) at section A27 at a cost of 50SEK/jacket.
Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.
Your tickets
If you had tickets for the concert at Tele2 Arena, you should have received new tickets for Hovet. Please double check that you have received your new tickets before the day of the event.
If you have chosen app tickets (Mobile ID tickets) via AXS then you need to download the Stockholm Live app or update the app if you have the older version, in order to collect your tickets. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
