The police authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate and for those with children in need of a nursery bag. Prams are not allowed in the arena.

We recommend that you be in the arena room 20 minutes before tip-off.
Hovet is located in Johanneshov, in southern Stockholm. The closest stop is Globen, but since there are often large crowds during events, it’s good to know that there are several nearby stations, such as Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, and Enskede Gård.
We recommend leaving your car at home due to construction in the area.

If you want to grab something good to eat and drink, you can visit our food and beverage stands located at the following sections:
A10 - Infobaren
A19 - Rinkside
A27 - Hovets Hylla
The food areas are open until 19:20. There are kiosks throughout the arena with light food, snacks, and drinks. You will also find a kiosk on the standing floor. The food areas have limited seating.
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside. It is also not permitted to bring prams, umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food and drinks into the arena. There will be not be a cloakroom available for outwear.
Many visitors are expected, and due to the high security level, entry may take about 20–30 minutes. For a smooth entrance, please arrive early.

You will find the Basketshop's pop-up store at entrance 13.
At Infobaren (section A10), you can find Moose Nation, offering free face painting.
To retrieve your app tickets (Mobile ID tickets) from AXS, you need to download the Stockholm Live app. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
