Queuing
Please note: Queuing for the event is allowed from 07:00 on the day of the event at the entrance specified on your ticket. Earlier queuing is not permitted for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting daily activities in the area. Camping is not allowed. Stockholm Live and the organizer are not responsible for queues or queue numbers.
Getting here
Hovet is located in Johanneshov in southern Stockholm. The nearest station is Globen, but to avoid congestion you can also use Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, or Enskede gård. Plan your trip with SL’s travel planner.
Construction work in the area makes access difficult, and during events traffic is heavy and parking is limited. Please leave your car at home and travel by public transport if possible. If you must drive, use a park-and-ride facility and take public transport for the last part of the journey. Information about park-and-ride parking can be found here.

Practical information
For a smooth entry
It is not permitted to bring bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, or drinks into the arena.
A cloakroom is available for 50 SEK per item.
A large number of visitors are expected, and as the security level is high, entry may take some time. For a smooth entry, please arrive in good time.
On-site assistance
If you experience any issues with your tickets, please visit the ticket office at Globentorget or contact one of our event hosts for further assistance. Any complaints must always be raised directly on site. After the event has ended, the tickets are considered accepted by you as a visitor.
Your tickets
An order confirmation is not sufficient – you must scan the QR code in the app to enter the arena. The entrance you should use is shown on your ticket.
Tickets from AXS
To use your app tickets, you need to download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you are unable to attend, you have the option to resell your app tickets from AXS via the Stockholm Live app. Read more here.

If you want to grab something tasty to eat and drink at Hovet, you can visit our bars located at the following sections:

There is also a bar on the arena floor. The bars are open until 21:45. Around the arena there are kiosks offering light meals, snacks, and drinks. The kiosks at sections A15 and A18 are open until the end of the concert, while the others close at 21:00.
The food and beverage areas have limited seating.
