For most events, wheelchair spots can be booked on our website. If unavailable, please contact our ticket provider, AXS, for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number and location of wheelchair spots vary depending on the event. Wheelchair users are entitled to bring an accompanying person free of charge, seated nearby or directly behind. Additional accompaniers require special authorization at the entrance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Guests with reduced mobility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For guests with reduced mobility, we suggest booking seats in row 14 to avoid steps. Row 13 is one level down, and Row 15 is one level up, and so on. Please note that the steps inside Hovet are relatively high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are also welcome to bring crutches into the arena.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Paratransit service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you arrive by paratransit, convenient drop-off and pick-up are available at the eastern short side of Hovet, towards Nyn\u00e4sv\u00e4gen. If you book paratransit for your return journey, we recommend allowing an extra half an hour on your booking, as the exact end time for matches or concerts is rarely specified in advance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Reduced mobility with own car<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you arrive in your own car and carry a disability permit, you can find designated parking spaces at Globen Shopping<\/a> and in Arenagaraget<\/a> under 3Arena, but please remember that these spaces are quickly filled as crowds grow.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
